Production Lead Time
Drop ship orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days once the order reaches production.
Bulk orders can take anywhere from 7-14+ business days depending on quantity and availability of raw material.
Shipping Method
Drop ship orders are shipped via FedEx. Any special shipping requirements (inserts, etc) will be discussed prior to producing the mats.
Bulk orders are generally shipped flat on a pallet, individually boxed mats will incur an additional charge. Please call for quotes.
Shipping Cost
We request that you supply a FedEx shipper number for us to use. If you do not have a FedEx account you may pay for shipping at checkout using our FedEx rates. Actual shipping charges will depend on ship to location.
Artwork Requirements
Uploaded images must be 800 pixels wide and saved in a PNG format. All designs are printed in black only.
Returns, Cancellations and Discounts
Drop Ship
If your customer receives a defective product or we made a production error, a replacement or full refund will be provided.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders we will send you a pre-production sample mat before the first bulk order is shipped. Contact us with your approval and we will move forward with your order and all future orders with the same screen.
If there are any mats damaged in shipment, please let us know how many, a detailed description of the type of damage along with pictures to assist us in filing a claim with the shipper. We will either provide a credit on your next shipment or send you replacement mats for the ones damaged.
